Heels & Feels aka the UK's biggest Heels dance company, is getting you on the dance floor at your local BoxPark!

Join us for an evening of dance classes, music video vibes and a chance to mingle with your new dance bestie.

This is the perfect opportunity for complete beginners who love to dance but have always felt a little hesitant to get onto the dance floor …now’s your chance!
Think sexy R&B, 00’s Hip Hop, and a dash of recent bangers that get you in your FEELS.

LEAVE YOUR HEELS AT HOME for these intro classes and just bring yourself, maybe a friend (or 2) and come vibe with our H&F faculty and community!

To celebrate International Dance Day, Heels & Feels is bringing the community together for a full day of dance, movement and connection at BOXPARK Shoreditch.

Across 3 curated rooms, you’ll experience a mix of Dance, Fitness and Wellness classes led by the H&F team alongside some of the industry’s most exciting teachers, our H&F friends!!!

From high-energy choreography classes to slower moments of stretch, reset and body awareness, the day has been designed so you can move, explore different styles and connect with the community around you.
